How it Works
Everything you need to know about booking a table, confirming on WhatsApp, and showing up - from your first reservation to getting help when you need it.
Booking a table
Reserving a spot takes less than a minute:
- 1Find an event on the homepage or the Events page and open it.
- 2Choose your party size - how many people are coming.
- 3Add an optional note for the venue (a birthday, a seating preference, anything they should know).
- 4Submit your reservation request.
Your reservation starts as PENDING. It isn't confirmed yet - the venue still needs to approve it, and you'll confirm it over WhatsApp in the next step.
Confirming on WhatsApp
Right after you book, you'll receive a WhatsApp message with everything you need: the venue's house rules, the minimum spend, and the deadline to arrive.
Reply to that message to confirm you're coming.
If you don't reply in time, your reservation is cancelled automatically and the spot is released for someone else - so please confirm as soon as you can.
Cancelling a reservation
Plans change - that's fine. To cancel, go to your Profile, open your reservations, and tap Cancel on the one you no longer need.
Cancelling yourself takes just a few seconds and immediately frees the table for someone else. If you can't make it, cancelling early is always the right move.
Arrival & grace period
Arrive before the deadline shown in your WhatsApp confirmation. After that time the venue may release your table, so try not to be late.
No-shows are tracked. Booking repeatedly and not showing up can affect your ability to reserve in the future - so if your plans change, cancel instead.
Your account
You sign in with your phone number and password. You verify your number once with a code when you register - after that it's just your phone and password every time.
You can change your password anytime from your Profile, and reset it with a code if you ever forget it.
You can also set your preferred language (English or Bosnian) from your Profile, and we'll use it for the messages we send you.
